Our mission is to guide and train women for running events. Our Running Program is tailored to two different goals:
Runners goal is getting faster and/or learning to become a more efficient runner
This could be for the first timer or for those who wish to improve their time.
Distances from 5K - 10K
Runners goal is long distance running. Your goal is to prepare for a Half Marathon or a Marathon
This could be for the first timer or for those who wish to improve their time
Distances from Half Marathon to Marathon
As a Virtual Team Member you will receive
a) 12 months of access to a training plan for your goal (distance and race)
b) Monthly newsletter with training tips and stories from your team mates
c) 12 months of access to coaches for any training questions you may have

One Year Membership $89.00
Note : When you fill out the questionnaire, please let us know your Race name and date so we can design a training plan for your race.
