All members will receive a log in password to their Training Plan. The Coaches have determined what level you need to be according to your application and/or if you signed up for a Training Pod. If your goals have changed and you would like to be switched or added to a different Training Plan, please e-mail Coach Yoli. yolicasas@yahoo.com
Training Plans are designed for 3 levels: Novice/Beginner, Experienced and Competitive. These are general plans so please adjust to your life.
· Novice Beginner Training Plans – for those who are training for their first Triathlon/Duathlon or would like a general fitness plan.
· Experienced Training Plans – For those of who have completed a Triathlon/Duathlon and want to get faster in the Sprint Distance races or move up to do a longer distance race (Olympic)
· Competitive Training Plans – Experienced Sprint/Olympic Distance athletes who would like to place in their age group, or qualify for the National Championship events and also for those athletes that would like to move up in race distance (Half and Full Ironman)
