Need a Personal Training Plan for the Off-season?

CWW Personal Training Plans Are Now Available.

CWW Training plans will be designed by our head coach Yoli along with another experienced CWW coach. So you will have 2 coaches!

 

What is a Personal Training Plan?

 A personal training plan is a monthly plan designed specifically for you based on your fitness level, your goals, and your availability to work out.  You will have a day to day, week to week description of what to do.  You will be required to fill out a questionnaire which will help us design the best plan for you.  You will have access to coaches to ask questions about your plan and training.

Why a personal training plan?

Sometimes we need the motivation to get started or simply do not know what to do to reach our goals.  A personal coach can help you with this.

 

We have 2 Types of Personal Training Plans Available: 

 

a.  12 Week Training Plans:

This plan is desiged all at one time based on the information you provide to us.  Once this is designed, we will not be able to re-do the plan if anything changes.  Once your receive the plan, you will need to go over it and email with any questions you may have at that time.  We will be glad to re-do your plan if you have any major changes for an additional fee.

Price:  $230

Please allow 1 week to develop. 

You will receive your plan via email (or snail mail if you prefer)

Price to adjust developed plans:  $35

This plan is suggested for off-season maintenance or if you are not interested in peaking for a special race - just maintain active, etc

 

b.  Monthly Training Plans: 

A plan will be designed for you every 2 weeks.  A personal coach will design your training every 2 weeks after you have emailed him/her on how the previous weeks' training went.  Changes to your schedule can be done anytime (if you have an unexpected trip, get sick, etc)

Price:  $90 per month

Please allow 5 days to start the program

This is suggested for those training for something specific and you need to peak for a specific race. 

You will receive your plan via email or if you prefer, we will fax it to you.

1.       Fill out the attached questionnaire

2.       Read and Complete the attached waiver form
