Novice Athlete

The CWW Novice/Beginner program is our pride and joy. Beginners have been our niche from the beginning of time. CWW's training plan has been developed to help you reach your goals, stay healthy and still have time for your life. We start from the beginning, teach you to swim if you do not know how, work on your technique, build your endurance, and go through every process to get you ready for your goal.

Remember:
Most of the time the journey, the "process of getting there", whether we do or not, is where we learn the most.  So, if you are curious about whether or not you can do it, just give it a try and find out. --Yoli

Training Tips

  • Be patient
  • Start slowly
  • Get to know your body
  • Be easy on yourself
  • Be consistent
  • But most important:
    BELIEVE IN YOURSELF (WE DO!) If you follow the training and are consistent your body and mind will be ready when the race comes.
