Experienced Athlete

The Experienced athlete program is designed to help you go to the next level. Since you have at least one season under your belt in training for triathlons and also participating in triathlon, we are now going to help you reach that next level.

As an experienced triathlete you can make your goal to either get FASTER in the sprint distance or you can move up a distance (Olympic distance). You will find a program for both on the Online Calendar.

We love seeing you challenge yourself a bit more than you did last season -- so let's go for it !

Remember :
Most of the time the journey, the “process of getting there”, whether we do or not, is where we learn the most.  So, if you are curious about whether or not you can do it, just give it a try and find out. --Yoli

Training Tips:

  • Be patient
  • Get to know your body
  • Be easy on yourself
  • Be consistent
  • But most important:
    BELIEVE IN YOURSELF (WE DO!) If you follow the training and are consistent your body and mind will be when the race comes.
