Coaching Experience:

I am a USAT certified triathlon coach with 15 years of experience participating in endurance sports.  I began my journey as an unfit college student and took up running to live a healthier life.  I quickly became hooked on the sport and have been running ever since.  I began my journey as a triathlete to challenge myself.  The sport quickly became an integral part of my identity.  Since taking the first step on my journey 15 years ago, I have competed in everything from 5Ks to Ironmans and every distance in between.  I have had my own successes and some very humbling learning experiences along the way.  I have learned the value of appreciating the journey as well as striving for the destination that at first seems unreachable.  I want to help you find your path and let you discover the physical, psychological and emotional benefits endurance sports have to offer. I strive to help my athletes achieve their goal keeping safety and health in mind.  I believe in finding balance between life and training so it enhances your life rather than adds stress to it. I believe in training smartly and safely to keep your body healthy and give you longevity in the sport.

 

Coaching Philosophy:

I began coaching to further involve myself in the sport I love and to pass on to others the health, psychological and spiritual benefit I have gained from the sport. I believe every individual has their own definition of success and I strive to help people reach their individual goals.

Disclipline:

Swim: 

I work with non-swimmers to upper-intermediate.  We'll work on assessment/adjustment of form, and increased endurance.

 

Bike:

I work with beginners (those that never learned to ride a bike) up to upper-intermediate.  We’ll work on assessment/form and increased endurance.

 

Run:

I work with walkers wanting to run, beginner runners, and those wanting to increase distance or go for long distances.  We’ll work on assessment of form and increased endurance.

 

Prices:

 

Private (one on one) sessions

1 Hour = $50.00

3 Private Sessions = $150.00

 

Semi-Private Sessions

2 People = $30.00 per person

3 People = $25.00 per person
